1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 9/26/09 through 10/4/09, visit the Brazilian Flavor display at a participating Sedano’s store to receive an Official Entry Form (while supplies last). See your participating Sedano’s store for hours of business.

Complete the Official Entry Form and deposit it into the entry receptacle by 5pm on 10/4/09. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of A.B.B.A., ApexBrasil, Estrategia Hispana, Sedano’s, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 10/7/09 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: 50 prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $4,700 will be available as follows: A pair of tickets to attend the 2009 IndyCar Series Championship Finale on 10/10/09 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida and 2 T-Shirts (size Large only) (ARV: $94 per prize). Any restrictions, terms and conditions on tickets apply. Important: Any minor in attendance must be accompanied by an adult. Prize does not include transportation to or from the race. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. Limit one prize per household. In the event the IndyCar Series Championship Finale 2009 is cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

5. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Potential winners will be notified by telephone between10/8/09 and 10/9/09. Attempted notification will be made only once; no messages will be left. If a potential winner cannot be reached/notified by telephone, that potential winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. After being notified, winners can pick up their two 2009 IndyCar Series Championship Finale tickets and T-shirts on the day of the race (10/10/09), between the hours of 12:00 PM (NOON) and 4:30 PM, at the special display tent located near the box office. Winners must show photo I.D. to claim prizes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No substitution of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, Estrategia Hispana, Sedano’s, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, ApexBrasil, Estrategia Hispana, Sedano’s, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
